Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee production activities at its Sheikhupura Factory. The selected candidate will ensure smooth production operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a shift-based manufacturing environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve production targets while maintaining product quality.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure the availability of raw and packaging materials.
• Monitor production line efficiency and improve operational performance.
• Implement HACCP standards and ensure compliance with SOPs throughout the shift.
• Develop team competencies through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP).
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of production areas and equipment.
• Monitor personnel hygiene and compliance with safety protocols.
• Take immediate corrective actions to maintain product quality and manufacturing standards.
• Build positive employee relations to support smooth factory operations.
• Coordinate with engineering teams during equipment breakdowns and maintenance.
• Support the successful launch of new products as per business requirements.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, or FMCG production.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.
• Good understanding of production processes, quality systems, HACCP, and workplace safety.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
