The role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies based on local market opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HoReCa customers.
Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Analyze sales metrics including turnover, margins, profitability, customer frequency, and business losses.
Gather customer feedback, understand business needs, and recommend effective solutions.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with Store Managers, District Sales Managers, Area Managers, and Regional Field Operations Manager.
Support customer portfolio management and identify high-potential business opportunities.
Increase active buying customers through customer acquisition and activation initiatives.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and understand evolving business needs.
Supervise, review, and approve the operational activities of the sales team.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven and competitive sales environment.
Experience in HoReCa, FMCG, wholesale, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
