Unilever is looking for a results-driven Territory Manager to lead Customer Development activities for its Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) business in Islamabad. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market reach, strengthening distributor partnerships, and building long-term customer relationships within the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Development
Execute sales activity plans using company sales tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Lead commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Secure annual business agreements for strategic product categories.
Conduct regular customer visits and kitchen demonstrations to generate new business opportunities.
Monitor customer performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Distributor & Free Trade Expansion
Develop joint business plans with assigned distributors.
Set clear performance objectives for distributor sales teams.
Improve market reach and product penetration across assigned territories.
Execute Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies to achieve sustainable business growth.
Drive strategic category growth while maintaining profitability.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor's Degree (Business major preferred).
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience managing distributors and developing Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies.
Required Skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Distributor and relationship management.
Team leadership and sales planning.
Business development and customer relationship management.
Fluency in English and Urdu.
Culinary knowledge or food service experience will be an added advantage.
