Job Overview
Hoechst Pakistan is seeking an experienced professional to lead and expand its Institutional & Tender Business. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, managing institutional relationships, supporting tender operations, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve institutional sales targets and maximize existing business opportunities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market and sales analysis.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with public and private institutions, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
Ensure institutional discounts comply with corporate pricing policies.
Coordinate with Marketing and Medical teams for product presentations and promotional activities.
Conduct presentations for formulary members and purchasing authorities.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of institutional distributors.
Ensure institutional receivables remain within approved credit limits and payment terms.
Eligibility Criteria
Pharm-D qualification (MBA will be an added advantage).
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Institutional & Tender Business.
Strong understanding of institutional sales and tender management.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
