Key Responsibilities
🎨 E-Learning & Content Development
Design engaging, interactive e-learning courses using tools like Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, and Canva.
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to convert technical content into learner-friendly digital modules.
Create SCORM/xAPI-compliant learning materials while maintaining accessibility and branding standards.
Develop quizzes, assessments, and feedback mechanisms to measure learning outcomes.
💻 LMS Administration
Manage daily Learning Management System (LMS) operations, including course publishing and content updates.
Administer user accounts, enrollments, roles, and permissions.
Resolve LMS technical issues and user access problems.
Support system maintenance, backups, upgrades, and integrations.
📊 Reporting & Analytics
Monitor learner progress and course completion rates.
Generate reports and dashboards to evaluate training effectiveness and support KPI tracking.
Provide actionable insights to improve organizational learning initiatives.
