Job Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of program-related projects across the assigned region.
- Lead and supervise Family Support Officers (FSOs) while ensuring effective regional planning and execution.
- Oversee Study Center operations, documentation, and compliance with program standards.
- Analyze program data and prepare timely reports for management.
- Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and resource management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
