Education

  • Graduation or Master's degree (or equivalent qualification)

Experience

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of program-related projects across the assigned region.
  • Lead and supervise Family Support Officers (FSOs) while ensuring effective regional planning and execution.
  • Oversee Study Center operations, documentation, and compliance with program standards.
  • Analyze program data and prepare timely reports for management.
  • Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and resource management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must hold a domicile of the Central Punjab region/area.
