About the Role

Unilever Pakistan is hiring an Assistant Manager (AM) Finance to support finance operations, month-end reporting, and supply chain finance partnering. This role offers an excellent opportunity for finance professionals who enjoy working with business leaders, driving financial performance, and improving reporting processes in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Month-End Closing & Management Reporting

• Coordinate and manage the month-end closing process.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Prepare management reports and performance commentary.
• Work closely with global and cross-functional teams.
• Support reporting changes, business transitions, and process improvements.
• Resolve SAP-related finance reporting issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes.

Supply Chain Finance Business Partnering

• Partner with Supply Chain teams to manage overhead budgets.
• Monitor monthly financial performance and variance analysis.
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure governance and compliance over supply chain spending.
• Review cost allocation methodologies.
• Conduct financial performance reviews with budget owners.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or
• Professional Finance Qualification (CA / ACCA)

Experience

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant finance experience.
• Experience in month-end closing within a reputable organization is preferred.

Required Skills

• Management Reporting expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SAP knowledge (preferred).
• Financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong English language proficiency.
