📋 Job Summary

Faisalabad Serena Hotel is seeking an experienced Manager Engineering to assist the Chief Engineer in managing all engineering operations, preventive maintenance programs, technical projects, and infrastructure improvements. The role requires ensuring the efficient operation, safety, and maintenance of all hotel facilities and engineering systems.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering operations including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for hotel equipment and facilities.
• Lead engineering projects, process improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage hotel utility services and coordinate with external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and conduct fire drills and staff safety training.
• Maintain engineering records, equipment maintenance history, and inventory.
• Prepare maintenance requisitions, budgets, and departmental planning.
• Supervise engineering staff while ensuring high standards of professionalism and guest service.
• Coordinate with local authorities regarding electricity, water, gas, telecommunications, and other essential services.
• Support the Chief Engineer in achieving operational excellence and maintaining hotel infrastructure.

✅ Requirements

• BE in Electrical Engineering, BE in Mechanical Engineering, or MSc (relevant discipline).
• 7–10 years of professional experience with 5–10 years in a similar engineering leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, communication, and team management skills.
