About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth in the textile chemicals sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, expanding market presence, and promoting textile dyes and chemicals to textile processing mills across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for textile dyes and chemicals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer partnerships across the assigned territory.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Achieve assigned sales forecasts, revenue targets, and budget objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies in textile processing.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Candidates with an equivalent qualification should have an additional 2 years of relevant textile industry experience.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in textile production and sales.
• At least 1 year of hands-on sales experience is required.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of textile bleaching, dyeing, printing, and finishing processes.
• In-depth knowledge of textile dyes, chemicals, and their applications in textile processing mills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development abilities.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective technical and commercial solutions.
• Target-oriented with strong planning and forecasting capabilities.
