Job Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a Grid Manager to lead sales performance, business growth, customer experience, and channel development within the assigned grid. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, expanding retail presence, optimizing network utilization, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“Š Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive 3G/4G sales, handset sales, and revenue growth.
  • Expand the smartphone retail network and improve retailer performance.
  • Achieve targets for SIM sales, Mobile Load, VAS, MNP, Mobile Broadband, ECATs, and Postpaid services.
  • Ensure timely stock replenishment through franchise purchase orders.

๐Ÿค Customer Experience

  • Manage customer complaints from start to resolution.
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and service quality.
  • Improve the overall customer experience across franchise operations.

๐Ÿ“ข Brand Visibility & Marketing

  • Execute trade marketing initiatives and brand visibility campaigns.
  • Coordinate BTL activities, trade promotions, and local marketing events.
  • Enhance product awareness and retail branding throughout the territory.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Planning & Business Development

  • Identify high-potential and underserved market areas.
  • Guide Business Development Officers (BDOs) in route planning and market coverage.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Head on localized promotional campaigns.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Team Leadership

  • Train and mentor field staff and retail partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, sales targets, and promotional activities.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Merchandising

  • Ensure the availability and proper placement of POS materials at retail outlets.

Eligibility Criteria

๐ŸŽ“ Education

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

๐Ÿ’ผ Experience

  • Preferably 2โ€“3 years of relevant experience in sales, telecom, or channel management.
