Job Overview

Quetta Serena Hotel is looking for an experienced Manager Income Audit to oversee revenue auditing, financial reconciliations, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of daily revenue records, strengthen internal controls, and support financial integrity across all hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit daily revenue reports and reconcile them with the BI Portal.
• Perform daily GCR reconciliation to verify cash collection and deposits.
• Reconcile revenue across all profit centers through regular reviews and surprise audits.
• Supervise audit observations, assess findings, and ensure timely resolution without revenue loss.
• Conduct float audits, table audits, banquet event guest count verification, and Maisha member verification.
• Perform forensic audits and audit Prestige Club members to ensure accurate reward point distribution.
• Carry out additional audit and finance assignments as directed by the Line Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education
Applicants should possess at least one of the following qualifications:

• ACCA (Finalist)
• CA Intermediate
• MBA (Finance)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

💼 Experience

• 8–10 years of overall professional experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in income audit or finance.
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.
