Job Summary

Bestway Cement Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee Officer – HR to join its Human Resources team in Islamabad. This trainee program is designed to provide practical exposure to core HR functions, corporate practices, and professional development through hands-on learning, training sessions, and real workplace assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the organization's corporate culture, HR policies, and procedures.
• Assist the HR team with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and HR documentation.
• Participate in departmental projects and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR systems and business processes.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.
• Actively participate in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and employee engagement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the reporting manager or management.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• MBA or BBA with specialization in Human Resources (HR), or
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in another relevant Business discipline.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Age Limit

• Maximum 26 years.

Academic Requirement

• Minimum CGPA: 3.00.
