Job Summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is seeking a Contract Executive to oversee the complete contract lifecycle while ensuring strong governance, legal compliance, and risk management. The role supports MMBL's digital-first strategy by managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening governance practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Contracts Management

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, fintech partners, technology vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure contracts comply with SBP regulations, data privacy laws, and internal policies.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain proper documentation and governance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and other applicable laws.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Risk teams to address governance-related issues.
• Report contractual or governance breaches and recommend corrective actions.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the focal point between internal departments (IT, Operations, Finance, etc.) and external stakeholders on contract-related matters.
• Provide guidance and promote best practices in contract management and governance.
• Support continuous improvement of contract management processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• LLB or LLM (or equivalent qualification).
• Certification in Corporate Governance will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in contract management.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of SBP regulations, contract law, and corporate governance principles.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Risk assessment and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
