Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience
2β3 years of hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control, and operations planning.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management, preferably in emergency or humanitarian settings.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet applications.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure quality and quantity standards.
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers for timely deliveries.
Verify freight documentation and audit transportation costs.
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse stock levels.
Prepare packing lists and update shipment information in inventory databases.
Organize warehouse records in both physical and digital formats.
Monitor repair orders and coordinate returned item deliveries.
Ensure adequate warehouse space for incoming supplies.
Label, number, and tag all inventory items according to standard procedures.
Reconcile warehouse hand receipts and stock records.
Manage warehouse security documentation, including ID cards, badges, and passes.
Ensure uninterrupted supply of medicines, laboratory chemicals, reagents, RDTs, and other medical supplies to health facilities.
Monitor stock levels at health facilities and maintain an effective stock tracking system.
Oversee fleet, asset, and inventory management at district and facility levels.
Support district coordination meetings and ensure proper maintenance of stock registers.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including inventory status, expiry calendars, temperature, and humidity records.
Generate procurement demands based on consumption reports and stock requirements.
Maintain organized warehouse documentation, including bin cards, stock registers, demand records, waybills, and other supply chain files.
Handle disposal of damaged items according to SOPs and identify slow-moving stock for timely utilization.
Manage quarantine storage for short-expiry and expired inventory.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
