Project Overview
The project aims to strengthen inclusive and digitally enabled local governance systems in Peshawar, Nowshera, Haripur, and Kohat by improving the capacity of Village and Neighbourhood Councils (VC/NCs), enhancing citizen participation, and promoting better coordination with health and education service providers. The initiative also supports digital inclusion through community engagement and the institutionalization of the Mansooba-e-Amal/Ehsas Baldia application.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and strengthen Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems and procedures.
Prepare and update M&E plans, monitoring tools, and evaluation reports.
Monitor project activities and track progress against project objectives.
Develop indicators, set targets, and manage data collection and verification.
Collect, analyze, and report project data using standard M&E templates.
Assist in preparing program reports, concept notes, and project proposals.
Coordinate monitoring visits with project and partner field teams.
Identify implementation bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
Document lessons learned and communicate findings to project management.
Conduct training and mentoring sessions on M&E systems, data collection, and reporting.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Master's degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Statistics, Political Science, or another relevant discipline.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant Monitoring & Evaluation experience.
Skills Required
Experience designing data collection tools.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent report writing abilities.
Experience preparing success stories and submitting quality reports with supporting evidence.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
