Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is hiring an Executive Project Management (OG-II) to oversee the complete project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to successful completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and work plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication.
• Apply project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Resolve project-related challenges and support continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 1.5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Professional project management certification is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
