The Planning & Development Department is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor for its construction projects in Bela. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and approved project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve project milestones.
• Inspect and oversee the proper use, storage, and management of construction materials.
• Ensure all construction work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, budgets, and project schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site construction issues promptly.
• Prepare site inspection reports, maintain progress documentation, and submit regular updates to management.
• Enforce workplace health, safety, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Eligibility Criteria

• DAE Civil or B.Tech Civil qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, quality assurance, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
