The Executive – Employer Branding & Graphics Designer will play a key role in strengthening the organization's employer brand by creating impactful visual content for recruitment, employee engagement, and corporate branding initiatives. This role works closely with Human Resources and Marketing teams to communicate the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through creative and engaging designs across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
Develop creative designs that effectively communicate the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Design recruitment marketing materials for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
Create branding assets including career fair displays, onboarding kits, recruitment brochures, and employer branding guidelines.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance employer brand visibility and attract high-quality talent.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual content.
Support motion graphics creation, video editing, and animated content for digital campaigns.
Produce marketing and communication materials while maintaining brand consistency.
Manage design projects from concept development to final delivery within established timelines.
Employee Engagement & Internal Communications
Design creative materials for employee engagement initiatives, town halls, newsletters, recognition programs, and internal events.
Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) campaigns through impactful visual communication.
Ensure all internal and external communication materials align with the organization's branding standards.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in graphic design principles and branding.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Knowledge of motion graphics and basic video editing is an advantage.
Creative thinking with excellent visual storytelling skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
