Nestlé Pakistan is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager – NESCAFÉ (Red Pillar) to drive brand growth, innovation, and consumer engagement. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong brand management expertise who can lead strategic initiatives, execute impactful campaigns, and strengthen one of the world's most recognized coffee brands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute short- and long-term brand strategies for NESCAFÉ.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns with creative, media, and digital agencies.
Analyze consumer insights and market trends to improve brand performance.
Build strong consumer experiences and enhance brand equity.
Collaborate with sales and category teams on product launches, promotions, and retail activation.
Manage brand innovation and product renovation projects.
Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and business objectives.
Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
💼 Experience:
5–7 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Corporate Communications.
Proven experience managing brands from strategy development through execution.
Required Skills
Strong brand management and marketing strategy expertise.
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and Urdu.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
