Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Workplace Department to support the smooth functioning of workplace operations at its Head Office. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing office facilities, coordinating with vendors, handling workplace supplies, processing administrative documentation, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the workplace information system and manage office stationery inventory.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of workplace requirements.
• Manage monthly and quarterly procurement of kitchen, pantry, and janitorial supplies.
• Verify vendor invoices in accordance with approved BOQs, SLAs, and Purchase Orders.
• Prepare Payment Authorization Forms (PAFs) and coordinate with the Finance Department for invoice processing.
• Process printed stationery requests for business banking, operations, and other departments while ensuring timely delivery.
• Follow up with vendors regarding deliveries and ensure Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and delivery documentation comply with company procedures.
• Manage official pool car requests by coordinating with drivers and employees.
• Arrange office meetings, workplace events, and internal administrative activities.
• Coordinate café operations, review weekly menus, and provide regular feedback to vendors regarding food quality.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (MBA will be preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the banking or microfinance sector.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of vendor management, office administration, and Microsoft Office applications.
