National Foods Limited is looking for an Assistant Manager S&OP to join its Supply Chain team. The role will serve as a Supply Chain Business Partner and Demand Planner for the Culinary Division, ensuring effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), accurate demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination to achieve business objectives.
π Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, STEM, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Supply Chain certifications will be an added advantage.
πΌ Experience
4β6 years of relevant Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or S&OP experience preferred.
π Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate Corporate Demand Review (CDR) and S&OP meetings.
Analyze sales trends, forecast accuracy, and demand deviations.
Prepare monthly demand forecasts and manage SKU pipelines.
Monitor finished goods inventory across warehouses.
Coordinate with Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.
Support new product launches (NPDs) and pipeline planning.
Ensure timely product availability and minimize stock shortages.
Prepare KPI reports, forecast dashboards, and inventory analysis.
Upload monthly forecasts into SAP according to SOP.
Monitor production priorities and coordinate with procurement for material availability.
Build strong relationships with regional sales and shopper marketing teams.
Drive continuous improvements in supply chain planning and customer service processes.
