Nestlé Pakistan is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the assigned territory. The role focuses on driving sustainable sales growth, managing distributors, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring flawless execution of commercial strategies while achieving business targets.
🎓 Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
💼 Experience
2–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Distributor Management, Key Account Management, or FMCG/Out-of-Home (OOH) Sales.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Achieve territory sales targets and commercial KPIs.
Develop and execute effective territory sales plans.
Manage distributor performance, inventory, and customer operations.
Strengthen customer relationships and drive account growth.
Execute Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD) initiatives.
Optimize Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and SHE requirements.
Coach and develop field sales teams through regular training and performance reviews.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations teams.
Drive continuous improvement through Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE).
