π Key Responsibilities
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving regional sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Leading and mentoring Territory Sales Supervisors and Franchise Service Executives.
- Visiting assigned markets to strengthen relationships with retailers and franchise partners.
- Expanding handset, WiFi device, postpaid, remittance, and JazzCash Wallet sales.
- Planning and executing sales campaigns in collaboration with Commercial Planning teams.
- Developing and managing retail and franchise distribution networks.
- Ensuring effective implementation of company policies across franchise operations.
- Monitoring and improving channel performance through coaching and motivation.

Delivering monthly KPIs including:
- Postpaid Sales
- Gross Additions
- Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
- JazzCash Wallet Activations
- Remittances
- Cash-In
- 4G Penetration
- Working closely with Sales Operations, DFS, Technical Teams, Channel Planning, and franchise partners to achieve business objectives.
π Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university.

6β10 years of experience in:
- Sales Distribution
- Retail Management
- Channel Development
- Franchise Management
- Proven experience managing projects from planning to successful execution.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to work in remote territories when required.
- Experience supervising sales and franchise management teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- High levels of professionalism, resilience, accountability, and adaptability.
