About the Opportunity

The Bank of Punjab (BOP), one of Pakistan's leading commercial banks with a network of 900+ branches nationwide, is seeking an experienced and performance-driven professional for the position of Senior Relationship Manager – Employee Banking & Cash Management. Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development for Cash Management and Employee Banking solutions.
• Acquire new retail, SME, commercial, and corporate clients for Cash Management services.
• Develop and manage Employee Banking relationships across all business segments.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline to achieve business growth targets.
• Ensure smooth customer onboarding while delivering exceptional client experience.
• Implement sales strategies in collaboration with regional business teams.
• Conduct periodic client reviews to strengthen long-term business relationships.
• Structure client solutions based on business requirements and BOP@Work offerings.
• Coordinate pricing approvals and deal execution with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of client commitments and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Cross-sell consumer finance products including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Finance, and Home Finance.
• Ensure compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations, Bank SOPs, and internal policies.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

💼 Experience

• Up to 7 years of banking experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Employee Banking, Cash Management, Relationship Management, or Corporate/Commercial Banking.

🎂 Age Limit

• Up to 55 years.
