π Location: Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan (Regional Coverage: Multan)
HBL is looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Trade Sales Manager to lead and expand its trade finance business across the assigned region. This role requires close collaboration with Retail Banking, Treasury, Trade Operations, Compliance, Financial Institutions, Governance, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
π― Key Responsibilities
β Lead and expand the regional trade finance portfolio.
β Identify new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing trade clients.
β Partner with Branches, Relationship Managers, Trade Business Managers, Regional Retail Leadership, and Retail Banking teams to grow trade business.
β Conduct regular client meetings and joint business development visits.
β Develop and execute regional trade growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
β Monitor trade business performance, including volumes, revenue, utilization, and target achievement.
β Coordinate with Product, Operations, Credit, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
β Act as the communication bridge between field teams and central departments for continuous process improvement.
β Deliver product training and on-ground support to Retail Banking and Retail Lending teams.
β Promote awareness and ownership of trade products across the region.
β Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and trade governance standards.
β Monitor high-risk transactions while maintaining KYC and AML compliance.
β Prepare performance reports, analyze trade data, identify trends, and recommend growth opportunities.
π Eligibility Criteria
Education
π Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.
Experience
β Minimum 12 years of banking experience.
