About the Role

Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Data Analytics & Insights to support data-driven decision-making across Branchless Banking operations. The selected candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, manage large financial datasets, develop dashboards, and deliver analytical insights that improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with MMBL policies, procedures, and SBP prudential regulations.
• Prepare and submit periodic data reports for regulators and corporate partners.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data using SQL queries and database tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for management and key stakeholders.
• Perform data modeling, transformation, and business analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Conduct statistical analysis for product enhancement and business improvement.
• Implement data validation processes and maintain high data quality standards.
• Monitor and address data-related audit observations from internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Manage Digital Financial Services datasets, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, and Customer Service teams to resolve data-related challenges.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
• Train employees on data governance, best practices, and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in data analytics, financial reporting, database management, or banking operations.
• Experience within the banking or financial services sector will be an added advantage.
