Position Overview
United Charter Schools is seeking a qualified and experienced Deputy Manager Curriculum & Training (Early Years) to lead curriculum development, teacher training, and academic quality assurance across its Early Years programs. The role focuses on enhancing teaching standards, supporting school leadership, and ensuring effective curriculum implementation across multiple campuses.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and continuously improve the Early Years curriculum, lesson plans, assessment tools, and instructional resources.
Plan, organize, and facilitate teacher training sessions, orientations, and professional development workshops.
Conduct regular campus visits to monitor curriculum implementation and classroom practices.
Observe, mentor, and support teachers and school leaders to improve instructional quality.
Collaborate with academic teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective teaching strategies.
Evaluate curriculum effectiveness through classroom observations, performance data, and feedback.
Support the launch and onboarding of new campuses with curriculum implementation and training.
Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and best practices in Early Childhood Education.
Eligibility Criteria
π Qualification
Master's degree in Education or an equivalent qualification.
πΌ Experience
5β8 years of relevant experience in:
Early Years curriculum development
Curriculum implementation
Teacher training and professional development
Early Childhood Education (ECE)
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education (ECE) and child development.
Expertise in curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment frameworks.
Experience conducting teacher training and instructional workshops.
Classroom observation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Academic quality assurance and curriculum monitoring.
Excellent English communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong leadership, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational technology tools.
Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel regularly for campus visits and academic support.
