Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager – Retail Operations to support and optimize retail store operations, ensure compliance with brand standards, and coordinate operational activities across retail outlets. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage in-store digital screens, staff profiles, discounts, access controls, store timings, and key-holder records.
• Serve as the first point of contact for store technology, maintenance, and customer-related operational issues.
• Monitor and manage the ticketing system to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Oversee store communications, SOPs, operational guidelines, and process documentation.
• Coordinate operational initiatives, employee engagement activities, travel arrangements, and recognition programs.
• Support Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Manage store operational orders and monitor budgets effectively.
