Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
• A qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in:
  • Email Marketing
  • Marketing Automation
  • CRM Campaign Management

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies and customer engagement.
• Experience with customer segmentation, audience targeting, and marketing automation.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results through A/B testing.
• Basic understanding of HTML for email templates.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the organization's email marketing platform, customer database, and automated customer journeys.
• Plan, develop, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavioral triggers.
• Monitor campaign performance, perform A/B testing, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal business teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and effective customer communications.
• Maintain best practices for email marketing, automation, and customer lifecycle management.
