About the Role

National Foods Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager HSE (AM HSE – PQ) to support Health, Safety, and Environmental operations at its Port Qasim manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with HSE regulations, promote a strong safety culture, conduct inspections, manage incident reporting, and implement workplace safety initiatives across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with HSE laws, regulations, and company policies through routine inspections.
  • Identify workplace hazards and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with plant operations and manufacturing teams to address safety and quality concerns.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective measures.
  • Conduct HSE induction sessions for newly hired employees.
  • Organize HSE awareness workshops and training programs for staff.
  • Develop, implement, and test emergency response plans through regular drills.
  • Manage the availability and maintenance of PPE, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment.
  • Maintain detailed HSE documentation, reports, and compliance records.
  • Stay updated on the latest HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Experience

  • 4–6 years of relevant Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
