Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a Finance & Admin Officer to support financial operations, procurement activities, administrative functions, and compliance requirements for project implementation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operational and financial management while maintaining compliance with organizational and donor policies.


Key Responsibilities

πŸ’° Financial Management

  • Maintain accurate financial records for project expenditures.
  • Process payments, cash advances, reimbursement claims, and vouchers with proper documentation.
  • Manage petty cash, including replenishment and reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, cash forecasts, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and donor reviews.

πŸ“¦ Procurement & Logistics

  • Support procurement activities including vendor sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational policies and transparency standards.
  • Maintain inventory records for project assets and office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for staff and project teams.

  • Maintain organized filing systems for HR, finance, procurement, and administrative documents.
  • Assist with recruitment documentation, employment contracts, and employee records.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, administration, or project support.
  • Knowledge of financial recordkeeping, procurement procedures, and administrative operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
