About the Role

Bestway Cement Limited is inviting applications from fresh engineering graduates for the position of Trainee Engineer – Health & Safety. This trainee program is designed to provide practical exposure, technical training, and hands-on experience in workplace health and safety practices within one of Pakistan's leading cement manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured practical training within the Health & Safety department.
• Attend theoretical training sessions and technical workshops.
• Learn and implement workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment across plant operations.
• Follow company Health & Safety policies and compliance standards.
• Support departmental initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• B.E./B.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university
• Minimum CGPA: 3.00

Age Limit

• Maximum 26 years
