🎓 Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
💼 Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Field Sales, Distributor Management, Key Account Management, or FMCG Sales

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the Quetta territory. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, strengthening customer relationships, driving market expansion, and ensuring flawless execution of commercial strategies while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales targets and key business KPIs.
  • Develop and execute effective territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage distributor performance, inventory, order fulfillment, collections, and service quality.
  • Execute Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD) initiatives across assigned markets.
  • Expand customer base and strengthen relationships to drive profitable business growth.
  • Ensure effective utilization of company assets, including chillers and vending machines.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and local regulations.
  • Coach and develop field sales teams through regular training and performance management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Field Sales, Distributor Management, or Key Account Management.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD)
    • Route-to-Market (RTM) Strategy
    • Distributor Management
    • Customer Relationship Management
    • Key Account & B2B Sales
    • Demand Planning & Sales Forecasting
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
