The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, policy development, performance management, and organizational development while ensuring HR practices align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
Lead performance management, employee training, and organizational development initiatives.
Foster employee engagement through effective communication and retention strategies.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational HR standards.
Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records, and support workforce planning.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant HR management experience.
