Mobilink Microfinance Bank is looking for a Relationship Officer Asset to strengthen its Business Banking team. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting asset products, building strong customer relationships, generating quality loan business, and ensuring compliance with the bank's operational policies and regulatory standards.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy field sales, customer engagement, and contributing to financial inclusion across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve assigned business targets.
• Generate quality loan business through customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and field visits.
• Promote bank products while ensuring ethical sales practices and compliance with SOPs.
• Evaluate customer eligibility using credit assessment principles and the Five Cs of Credit.
• Conduct customer verification and field visits before loan processing.
• Clearly explain product features, terms, and conditions to customers.
• Ensure timely loan recoveries and maintain excellent collection performance.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and submit performance updates.
• Conduct regular customer meetings as per product requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and safeguard customer records.
• Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations and internal banking policies.
• Report any suspected fraud, irregularities, or operational risks to management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (MBA will be preferred).
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in banking, microfinance, sales, or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in the field and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Basic understanding of financial products and customer service principles.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
