BOK Currency Exchange Company is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in accounting, financial reporting, audit, and financial management, with a proven track record of leading finance teams in reputable organizations, preferably within the financial services sector.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Qualified CA, ACCA, ACMA, or CFA (Local or International).
• Candidates with foreign qualifications must provide an HEC Pakistan Equivalency Certificate.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Finance within a reputable organization.
• At least 5 years of senior-level experience in:
  • Accounting & Financial Reporting
  • Management Reporting
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Finance Leadership
• Membership of a recognized professional accounting body is mandatory.
• Experience in the financial services industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's financial strategy and planning.
• Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and present management reports for strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
