Job Summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Relationship Officer Deposit to join its Business Banking team at the Shorkot Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, increasing deposit mobilization, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned portfolio growth targets. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy sales, customer engagement, and relationship management within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers to support liability portfolio growth and achieve cross-selling targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy portfolio of Current Accounts, Savings Accounts (CASA), and Term Deposits (TD).
• Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deposit targets.
• Develop a retail deposit mobilization team by onboarding freelancers and brand ambassadors.
• Maintain the required balance between CASA and Term Deposit portfolios.
• Promote multiple deposit products to ensure sustainable portfolio growth.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with retail and corporate clients.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth execution of banking operations.
• Achieve daily deposit mobilization and New-to-Bank (NTB) account opening targets.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to retain and expand the customer base.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Complete additional assignments assigned by the Branch Manager or Line Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail banking, consumer banking, sales, customer relationship management, banking operations, or a related industry.
