Job Summary
Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Internal Audit to strengthen its Internal Audit team. The selected candidate will evaluate internal controls, conduct operational audits, monitor compliance, and work closely with departments to improve governance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems in accordance with departmental SOPs.
Plan, initiate, execute, and complete internal audits within assigned timelines.
Prepare audit working papers, draft observations, and finalize comprehensive audit reports.
Conduct operational audits across various departments and present findings to management.
Monitor and follow up on the implementation of previous audit recommendations.
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely compliance with audit observations.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Share knowledge with audit team members through presentations, workshops, and professional guidance.
Assist the supervisor in achieving departmental goals and strategic objectives.
Perform special audit assignments and investigations as assigned by management.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies and internal control frameworks.
