Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize distribution and replenishment plans based on customer demand and network capacity.
• Plan transportation loads to maximize efficiency while controlling logistics costs.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across distribution centers to achieve availability, freshness, and working capital targets.
• Monitor planning exceptions and take timely corrective actions using data-driven decision-making.
• Execute weekly planning cycles while ensuring excellent service levels for local and Inter-Market Supply (IMS) operations.
• Identify potential supply risks and communicate them proactively to relevant stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and distribution planning processes.
• Define, implement, and maintain Distribution Center (DC) stock coverage policies.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Transport, and Distribution Center Operations teams for seamless supply chain execution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably in:
  • Distribution Center Operations
  • Transport Operations
  • Factory Logistics
  • Demand & Supply Planning
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective business decisions.
• Experience with planning tools such as SAP APO will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with strong ownership, accountability, and teamwork skills.
