Job Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a Grid Manager to lead sales growth, business development, customer experience, and channel expansion within the assigned grid. The ideal candidate will drive revenue, optimize retail performance, strengthen trade visibility, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive 3G/4G sales, handset sales, and revenue growth.
  • Expand smartphone retail network and improve existing retailer performance.
  • Achieve quality gross additions for mobile and broadband services.
  • Develop channel expansion for SIM sales, Mobile Load, VAS, MNP, MBB, Postpaid, and related services.
  • Ensure timely stock availability through franchise purchase planning.

Customer Experience

  • Manage customer complaints from start to resolution.
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and maintain service quality.
  • Improve customer experience across franchise operations.

Trade Visibility & Marketing

  • Execute brand visibility and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Support BTL campaigns, promotions, market activations, and special events.
  • Enhance product awareness and retail branding across the territory.

Planning & Territory Development

  • Identify high-potential and untapped market areas.
  • Guide Business Development Officers (BDOs) in effective route planning.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate localized sales campaigns to improve low-performing areas.

Team Leadership

  • Train and mentor sales staff and retail partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and stock availability.
  • Ensure channel partners follow company SOPs, promotional campaigns, and sales targets.

Merchandising

  • Ensure availability and proper placement of POS materials at retail outlets.

Business Development

  • Work closely with Marketing and Channel teams to execute promotions and business growth initiatives.
  • Support regional business expansion through strategic partnerships.

Technical Coordination

  • Collaborate with the Technology team for efficient network utilization.
  • Monitor site availability, LTE utilization, and 3G/4G network accessibility.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Experience

  • Preferably 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
