Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan is inviting applications from experienced and competent professionals for the position of Site Inspector (Civil). The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved building plans and DHA regulations, verifying construction quality, and reporting violations or deviations to the competent authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities to ensure work complies with approved drawings and prescribed quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites for compliance with approved building plans, specifications, DHA regulations, and applicable building by-laws.
• Identify, document, and report unauthorized construction, deviations, violations, and non-compliance to the Competent Authority.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, site visit reports, and photographic evidence where required.
• Verify construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit periodic progress and inspection reports for effective monitoring and regulatory compliance.
• Perform any other official duties assigned by the Competent Authority.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Technology from a recognized institute approved by PBT/TEVTA.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
  • Civil construction
  • Site inspection
  • Building control
  • Quality inspection

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of building by-laws, development control regulations, and construction practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction specifications, and approved building plans.
• Good reporting, documentation, and inspection skills.
• Knowledge of construction quality standards and regulatory compliance.
