๐ Job Overview
Faisalabad Serena Hotel is seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Officer to support the Human Resources Department in managing daily HR operations, employee records, payroll coordination, attendance management, and staff engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills while ensuring compliance with hotel HR policies and procedures.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
Maintain and regularly update employee records and personnel files.
Manage employee attendance, time-in/time-out records, overtime, and leave data.
Coordinate employee lockers and maintain locker allocation records.
Process payroll for permanent, contractual, apprentices, casual, and daily wage staff.
Verify attendance and overtime records through HCMS.
Prepare and submit weekly, fortnightly, and monthly HR reports.
Assist with onboarding by collecting and verifying new hire documentation.
Conduct new employee orientation regarding employment policies and benefits.
Monitor departmental leave plans and attendance trends.
Coordinate Employee/Supervisor of the Month activities.
Maintain duty rosters for cafeteria (Satoon) staff and locker attendants.
Prepare allowance reports, breakage reports, and payroll documentation.
Ensure monthly fumigation of lockers and cafeteria areas.
Refill and inspect first aid boxes across departments.
Coordinate with Security regarding outgoing parcels.
Monitor CV collection and recruitment support activities.
Assist the HR Manager in maintaining HR operations and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with hotel HR policies and employee handbook.
