Jazz is looking for a detail-oriented Analyst Accounts Payable to join its Finance team in Islamabad. The selected candidate will manage payment-related activities, ensure compliance with financial policies, and support efficient accounts payable operations while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly accounts payable closing and reporting activities.

• Process invoices accurately and within defined timelines.

• Ensure correct withholding of Income Tax and Sales Tax on payments.

• Monitor compliance with SLAs and KPIs related to accounts payable.

• Prepare accounts payable reports and aging analysis.

• Handle foreign import and service transactions, including ICs and LCs.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice processing.

• Resolve payment-related queries with stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with taxation laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.

• Maintain balance sheet quality and support financial reconciliation activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance OR membership of a recognized professional accounting body.

• Relevant experience in accounting and financial systems.

• Experience with Oracle ERP will be an added advantage.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.

• Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes and best practices.

• Knowledge of IFRS and basic accounting principles.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage service levels, KPIs, and stakeholder relationships.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
