Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking an experienced Site HR Manager to lead Human Resources and Industrial Relations across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is responsible for building a productive workforce, ensuring compliance with labour regulations, strengthening employee relations, and supporting business objectives through effective HR strategies.

• Partner with factory leadership to maintain optimal workforce planning and staffing.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for management and operational positions.
• Manage employee onboarding, performance support, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and social compliance standards.
• Coordinate HR documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Maintain strong relationships with the Labour Department and other government authorities.
• Supervise time office operations, payroll inputs, HRIS records, and employee data management.

• Monitor HR KPIs including turnover, absenteeism, vacancies, and manpower utilization.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
