Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking an experienced Site HR Manager to lead Human Resources and Industrial Relations across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is responsible for building a productive workforce, ensuring compliance with labour regulations, strengthening employee relations, and supporting business objectives through effective HR strategies.
š Key Responsibilities
- Partner with factory leadership to maintain optimal workforce planning and staffing.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for management and operational positions.
- Manage employee onboarding, performance support, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and social compliance standards.
- Coordinate HR documentation and support internal and external audits.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Labour Department and other government authorities.
- Supervise time office operations, payroll inputs, HRIS records, and employee data management.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and industrial relations matters.
- Monitor HR KPIs including turnover, absenteeism, vacancies, and manpower utilization.
- Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to senior management.
ā Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4ā6 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the textile manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, industrial relations, and factory/social compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly between manufacturing sites.
