Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a motivated Imports Executive to join its Head Office in Lahore. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in import operations, procurement processes, customs documentation, and supply chain coordination. The successful candidate will help ensure the timely procurement, clearance, and delivery of imported goods while maintaining compliance with company policies and customs regulations.

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree, Engineering, or MBA

💼 Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in imports, procurement, supply chain, or logistics.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) upon receiving Proforma Invoices (PFIs) and maintain RFQs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain PFIs and shipment documents.
• Enter import-related PO conditions, HS Codes, and applicable expenses into SAP.
• Open and register CAD/LC documents on time and communicate with suppliers.
• Review shipping documents and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure timely customs clearance to avoid demurrage and documentation delays.
• Coordinate shipment planning and monitor shipment status with clearing agents.
• Ensure benefits under applicable Customs SROs and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) are utilized.
• Process timely payments to suppliers and local vendors according to agreed terms.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
