A reputable organization is seeking a Receiver - Goods Receiving to support warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, recording, and storing incoming goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently.
• Verify delivered quantities and product specifications against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Inspect received goods for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
• Record all incoming inventory accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.
• Label, organize, and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Report shortages, damaged items, or non-conforming products to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation.
• Follow warehouse safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Diploma or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.

💼 Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse receiving, stores, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software is preferred.
