Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail, SME, seasonal, and commercial customers.

• Assess customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university (Master's degree will be an added advantage).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior banking or financial services experience will be preferred but may not be mandatory, depending on the position requirements.
