Pakistan Mortgage Refinance Company (PMRC) is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Assistant Manager – Business Strategy & Support to work closely with the CEO in driving strategic and operational priorities. This role provides exposure to senior leadership, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional initiatives while supporting the effective functioning of the CEO's Office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO in business planning, strategic initiatives, and executive decision-making.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and briefing materials.
  • Review policies, strategy papers, credit proposals, and other business documents to provide informed recommendations.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, financial services, corporate strategy, and business development.
  • Coordinate with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor action items, follow up on key decisions, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
    • Business Strategy
    • CEO Office
    • Corporate Planning
    • Management Consulting
    • Executive Support
    • Similar strategic roles
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage projects from planning through execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
