Interloop Holdings is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Junior Officer, Operations professionals to join its manufacturing operations in Faisalabad. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering from an HEC/PEC-recognized institution.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop operational expertise while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage move orders in Oracle ERP to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Logistics (SCL) team for inventory updates and material availability.
• Initiate purchase requisitions and follow up with relevant departments for timely processing.
• Maintain and update machine productivity reports, production performance records, and wastage analysis.
• Oversee job card closing activities while ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
• Coordinate with the Finance department to improve production quality and optimize material utilization.
• Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve machine-related issues, minimizing operational downtime.
• Ensure accurate production documentation and adherence to established manufacturing processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within production operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering from an HEC/PEC-recognized university.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
