Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Executive to manage end-to-end eCommerce order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order processing, inventory synchronization, courier coordination, and smooth omnichannel operations while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and dispatch online orders accurately within defined service timelines (SLA).
• Manage omnichannel fulfillment, including ship-from-warehouse, ship-from-store, and click-and-collect orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory synchronization across online platforms and retail stores using connected systems.
• Coordinate shipments with courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, BlueEx, Trax, and others for both COD and prepaid orders.
• Monitor deliveries, resolve shipment issues, and communicate updates to customer support teams.
• Handle product returns and exchanges while ensuring inventory accuracy across all sales channels.
• Allocate inventory efficiently to minimize overselling and stock shortages.
• Support Cash-on-Delivery (COD) reconciliation by matching courier remittances with dispatched orders.
• Prepare load sheets, packing slips, courier manifests, and maintain organized dispatch records.
• Ensure dispatch accuracy, fulfillment efficiency, and smooth workflow during promotional and peak sales periods.

Required Qualifications

• BBA or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or retail order management.
• Strong understanding of order processing, dispatch operations, and courier management in Pakistan.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and inventory/order management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong inventory, SKU, and stock management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with omnichannel fulfillment models such as ship-from-store and click-and-collect.
• Familiarity with Odoo, Trade Unleash, or similar ERP/Order Management Systems.
• Experience in COD reconciliation and courier claim processing.
• Background in inventory management for home textiles, fashion, or apparel industries.
